MODULE II) CONSUMER AND COMMERCIAL LAW —June 5th – June 6th // 6pm to 7.30pm

* Uber and Economic Analysis of Law. “Illinois Transportation Trade Association v. City of Chicago, and Dan Burgess”. Thinking about Chicago experience in Rosario.
* How Platforms use Behavioral Insights (Uber, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, MercadoLibre, Booking, Netflix). Corporations and Consumers.
* Dark patterns. Vitiated consent. Cases and materials (“Williams” and other cases)
MODULE III) CONSTITUTIONAL LAW — July 3rd – July 4th // 6pm to 7.30pm
* Freedom of expression
* The most relevant cases of North American jurisprudence.
* Online Speech (“Garnier v. O’Connor-Ratcliff”, 41 F.4th 1158 (9th Cir. 2022).
* Provisional conclusions and closing reflections.
